- IRJIMPA S.L. is a company founded in 1993 by the Parra Jiménez brothers dedicated to organic and biodynamic production. Starting with wine making and gradually diversifying over the years, currently managing about 1,350 hectares of vineyards and garlic fields in addition to raising endangered black Manchego sheep whose milk is used to produce organic Manchego cheese. The company has a production capacity of 6 million liters of wine with 95% of its products being exported. Their products are internationally recognized and awarded in both the wine and cheese sectors with a strong emphasis on sustainability and organic farming methods
