Cathy and Lionel Boutié take the helm with hands that are both gentle and firm, embodying a real commitment to biodynamic agriculture. Here, we pay homage to the Mediterranean soul, making natural wines with no added sulphites that are not just drinks, but stories in a bottle. And since 2022, we have embraced DEMETER certification, using sulphites sparingly to marry conservation and health.

Our winemaking? It's an art. Ancestral methods meet modern innovation in a dance that ensures each grape, at its peak of ripeness, contributes to the perfect balance of sugar and acidity. Indigenous yeasts whisper the secrets of the aromatic delicacy of our white wines, while our reds bask in the glory of prolonged fermentation.
