Information
- Description
- Les Vignerons du Sommiérois is a cooperative cellar founded in 1923 located in southern France, a few miles from the Roman city of Nîmes and Montpellier. The vineyard is spread over 700 hectares of land (1,730 acres) half of which is certified organic by EU and USDA standards (Wine made with organic grapes). The wine produced is under the designation: IGP Pays d'Oc, AOP Languedoc and AOP Languedoc Sommières. Our unique and diverse terroir allows the making of quality and fruit-forward, juicy wines with vines growing on clay and limestone soils. Our premium wines, made from grapes growing on acidic and flint-rich soils are structured, complex and a tribute to our beautiful sun-drenched region.
