Information
- Description
- Cave d’Héraclès is the first organic vineyard in France with an area of 1,250 hectares of vines, a cellar with a capacity of 150,000 hectoliters and a production committed to 100% organic farming. For 10 years, the winegrowers have set themselves the goal of participating in the “bio +” dynamic by implementing sustainable practices in the vineyard (planting hedges / nest boxes / computerized management of irrigation and treatments / resistant grape varieties, etc.) and sharing their organic expertise. It produces organic, sulfite-free and vegan wines. The winery started a photovoltaic system on its roof 2 years ago, for self-consumption.
The winery will have a B corp certifcation finished before january 2025
