Description: We are Magali and Guilhem Quartironi, brother and sister third generation of passionate winemakers.

We run our estate in organic agriculture by philosophy for more than 10 years, in the quiet ancient Le Priou hamlet perched high on the hills surrounding St Chinian, Southern France.

Sheltered in their protective nest at the top of Le Priou hill, our vines grow on a sunny schist terroir and produce the most
elegant concentrated fresh and modern wines.

We harvest our grapes by hand and take good care of each step of the vinification with indigenous yeasts.

Our handcrafted white, rosé and red wines are produced in accordance to the high quality specifications of the Saint Chinian AOP.

We use both traditional and modern methods of vine cultivation and wine making to continuously improve our practices and the quality of our wines, making sure our remarkable wines faithfully reflect our special altitude schist terroir.

Enjoy our wines, especially our outstanding wines vinified and aged in stoneware amphorae.
