Founded in 1895, Maison Cazes brings together two emblematic Roussillon estates: Land side, Domaine Cazes, and Sea side, Les Clos de Paulilles. Its 360 hectares of vines in the heart of Roussillon, in the amphitheatre overlooking the Mediterranean, cover the finest terroirs of the Catalan appellations, from the Agly Valley to the Côte Vermeille. The wines produced here are renowned far beyond France's borders. Maison Cazes has always stood out for its avant-garde approach and commitment to the environment. A pioneer of biodynamic viticulture in Roussillon, its vineyards have been certified organic and biodynamic for over 25 years, and DEMETER-certified since 2024, enabling the wines to fully express the typicity of their terroirs.
