Description

I have been a biodynamic grape grower and winemaker for more than 34 years. The terroir is located in the south of "Aube" district on the kimméridgien soil. I market 11 different champagnes as well as a white Côteaux champenois still wine creatd with five grape varieties. The house distinctive characteristic is to offer an unique champagne : a Blanc de gris, blend of the Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris grape varieties.
