- CHATEAU LE PAYRAL is a family estate whose destiny Thierry Daulhiac took over in 1992. The estate covers around thirty hectares, including around 15 for the vineyard. The conversion to organic farming dates from the early 2000s and DEMETER certification for biodynamics from 2018. Over time, our range has expanded: from Bergerac wines to sulphite-free vintages, single-varietal French wines but also Petnat…. For more than thirty years now, we have been marketing our wines ourselves in France and abroad.
