- The Domaine is situated in Mercurol, in the heart of the Crozes-Hermitage appellation.
In 2006, Lucie took over the domaine, situated not far from her wine grower parents
who supplied grapes to the Tain l’Hermitage winery. In 2007 her 4 hectares were
certified as being organically grown. The grapes were taken to the cooperative
cellars up until 2009 and Lucie’s first vintage was finally released in 2010. In 2013,
Lucie’s was joined at the domaine by her sister Nancy! Their parents retired in 2015
and the domaine acquired these 6 extra hectares taking it to a total of 12 hectares
(10 ha of red and 2 ha of white), all of which are in the Crozes-Hermitage application
and organically certified. The domaine was renamed “Domaine Les 4 Vents”.
We strive to respect the environment. Our work in the vineyard and the cellars simply
seeks to help the grapes and the wine to reflect their true character.
