Information
- Description
- Domaine Haute Févrie, a 30-hectare organic estate, produces Muscadet Sèvre-et-Maine, Cru Château-Thébaud/Monnières - Saint Fiacre and Clisson appellations.
Situated on the slopes of the Sèvre between Saint-Fiacre and Monnières, the estate's vines benefit from the best ripening conditions, giving Muscadet a great expression of terroir.
As winegrowers and harvesters for four generations, we observe and care for our vines to ensure that they produce the best grapes possible.
With different exposures, shallow, stony, silico-clay soils, and a subsoil composed of metamorphic rocks (gneiss, orthogneiss and amphibolites), the estate's parcelling out offers different typical clos.
