Information
- Description
- Manoir de la Tête Rouge is a biodynamic vineyard in AOC Saumur and Saumur Puy-Notre-Dame, founded by Guillaume Reynouard.
It's an 18-hectare estate with a unique style of wine, made from Chenin and Cabernet Franc, as well as rare varieties such as Pineau d'Aunis and Grolleau Gris.
We use gentle vinification methods that enable us to make wines that are juicy, fresh and complex on the palate. The ageing in different containers (amphorae, barrels, jars, etc.) in our underground tufa cellar enables us to stabilise and refine the expression of each and every wine we make.
Our wines are an intimate reflection of the character of our terroirs. They are made for immediate consumption as well as for keeping.
The vineyard has been certified by Biodyvin since 2010.
