Description

We have been an artisan family Provençal estate since 1848 and have been working in organic farming our 80ha since 2018. Now 3 sisters (8th generation) manage the Estate. Diane, oenologue, blends all our wines in our cellar.
Harvest: early in the morning, by gravitation.
High technology: colling system, tangential filters.
Production: 400 000 bts. 80%: rose, 15% red, 5% white.
Blending: only with our grapes. WE ARE NOT NEGOCIANT.
Grapes : grenache, cinsault, syrah, mourvèdre, rolle, clairette, semillon.
Soil: schist.
Our 2021 crop has been organic certified and we will have in 2025: 3 rosés, 2 white and 2 red organic certified wines.
We launch in 2022 our first NATURE & ORGANIC - AOP CÔTES DE PROVENCE rosé wine: DAMES NATURES for celebrating all the women working in the Estate.
