- Description
- For 5th generations, the Combe family has passionately cultivated 70 hectares of protected designation of origin vines : Vacqueyras, Gigondas and Ventoux. Domaine Vindemio covers 15 hectares in the Ventoux appellation. It joined Vignobles Famille Combe in 2018 thanks to Florentine and Albin Combe, who acquired it. Revealing the finest potential of the rich, complex terroirs surrounding Mont Ventoux is the main mission of this large-scale project.
Domaine Vindemio relies on plot-based production with conviction and without compromise. The vineyard is dedicated to organic vinification.
