Information
- Description
- Created in 1928, our cooperative winery, Les Collines du Bourdic, brings together 108 winegrowers from the Uzège region.
Our vineyard, under the AOP Duché d’Uzès appellation and the IGP Gard, Cévennes, and Pays d’Oc designations, focuses on a wide variety of grape varieties.
Our terroir is distinguished by an exceptional microclimate. Its plains and hillsides, bathed in Mediterranean sunlight, are refreshed by their proximity to the foothills of the Cévennes.
A meticulous plot selection, rigorous specifications, harvesting at optimal maturity, and high-performance vinification tools allow our winery to showcase the craftsmanship of its winegrowers.
