Hall A4 - n°1440
Information
- Description
- Sébastien Brunet set up on his own in 2007, taking over his father's estate, which he gradually expanded and converted to organic farming. Today, the estate has 17 hectares of Chenin grown using organic farming methods, the plots are located in the communes of Chançay, Reugny and Vernou sur Brenne. The soils are worked mechanically and the grapes are harvested by hand. In the cellar, the wines are aged in kilometres of tuffeau galleries from an old mushroom farm dating back to the 16th century. As in the vineyard, the wines are vinified in the most natural way so that the Chenin can express itself according to the complexity and intensity of our different terroirs.
