Our traditional winemaking aims to elevate the products, without artifice and strictly limiting inputs.
- Exclusive work with plot selection, using small vats.
- Aging in barrels, jars, and amphoras.
- Without compromising the quality and stability of the wines, sulfur is now only used sparingly (low SO2 levels, sulfur-free wines...).
- Preparation of 3 hectares of land for the planting of Syrah and Grenache Blanc at the beginning of 2023.

VINEYARD
Our tireless work aims to reveal the unique terroirs of the estate.
- Exclusive work with plot selection.
- Zero insecticide use.
- Sowing oats, rye, broad beans, and mustard between the rows for soil fertilization and improvement.
- Spreading natural compost.
- Experimenting to reduce the use of copper.
- Joined the GIEE "Vine Covers" in 2022, working on the adoption of viticultural techniques that enhance resilience and self-sufficiency.

IDENTITY CARD

- 23 hectares in production under organic farming.
- Two terroirs:
- Rolled pebbles of the Têt River (Perpignan).
- Black schist (Espira-de-l’Agly).
- Carignan, Grenache Gris, Blanc, and Noir, Macabeu, Mourvèdre, Muscat, Roussanne, Syrah, Rolle, Viognier.
