- Château Anthonic is a leading family_x0002_owned estate in the Moulis-en-Médoc appellation, organic certified since 2019_x0002_ and a forerunner in the Médoc for its agro-ecological practices, particularly agro-forestry._x0002_ Purchased in 1977 by Pierre Cordonnier, it was taken over in 1992 by his son, Jean-Baptiste, a water and forest engineer._x0002_ His son, Théophile, joined the adventure in 2019._x0002_ In 2022, they together acquired Château Lestage-Darquier Grand Poujeaux._x0002_ All our wines, which are distributed exclusively through the estate, depict_x0002_ eagles fighting over a bunch of grapes on their labels. This allegory of the_x0002_ struggle between the estate and the Bordeaux wine merchants illustrates our independence from the Bordeaux place.
