- Description
- Domaine Ciry Cattaneo is an estate created “ex nihilo” in 2015 by David Ciry, a professional consulting oenologist. This small organic estate is based in Laure Minervois, in Languedoc. It produces wines from two different terroirs: clay-limestone hillsides above Siran, at 350-400 meters above sea level, and sandstone from the Laure terroir at 100 meters above sea level. The very wide range produced (Red, white, rosé, orange, white and red), enhances micro cuvées in AOP Minervois, IGP Oc or Vin de France, with strong identities.
