Hall B2 - n°614
Information
- Description
- The family farm now covers 75 hectares of vines, certified organic. Our operating buildings and our cellar are located in the very heart of a vineyard spread over two terroirs. Two thirds of the vines grow on clay-limestone soil, at an altitude of 150m. The other third of the vineyard is rooted at an altitude of 250m on shale soils. The geological location and topographic layout of the vineyard give each of our vintages their expressive signatures. They are reflected in our wines through their structured and elegant profiles, modeled by the minerality of these terroirs. Typical of Fitou wines from high altitude vineyards, they have forged the reputation of Château de Nouvelles over five generations of winegrowers.
