- The Bresolin-Bio farm was born from the idea of three brothers who have united their forces in a single ideal: to produce in a healthy and natural Olive Oil and Wine in the Colli Asolani. In our path began 13 years ago and we immediately wanted to follow the principles of organic farming. It all starts with a family tradition that has come to us by taking a leap from grandfather to grandson. Our goal is to produce high quality and healthy wines and olive oil that reflect the soul of the territory where they are produced.
