Hall B2 - n°609
Information
- Description
- Located in the heart of the Roussillon, 45km west from Perpignan, Cyrille and Xavier, two oenophile brothers, decided to return to their origins by taking over from Joep Grael, in 2016, this superb estate of 13 hectares of vines, at 600 meters of altitude, in the middle of 43 hectares of preserved moors. It was the potential and the richness of the terroir of this site that seduced the Gaubert brothers, as they sought a place in which to bring their shared passion for wine to life. The domain is certified in organic agriculture since 2016.
