Description: The estate has been located in Passenans near Château-Chalon since 1985 and covers 10 hectares of AOC Côtes du Jura, Arbois and Château-
Chalon. We have been an independent wine-growing couple for 25 years and have been cultivating in organic our land since 2019.
Our aim is to enable the soils to live to the full, the grapes to be free of chemicals, and the wines to be ever more expressive, with an ever lower alcohol content.
with a low total sulphite content, giving our wines a digestible finish.

Our identity is reflected in our wines, which are full-bodied, sensual and nuanced.
like the Pinot Noir En Prêle or Trousseau à La Dame, and powerful, subtle white wines like
like our Château Chalon.
Macvin du Jura and Crémant du Jura are also our specialities. Some specific vintages
the curiosity of wine lovers, such as our Chardonnay
La Grande Chaude (terroir: iridescent marl, aged 14/24 months in toasted barrels) or Arbois
Savagnin En Guille Bouton (aged 10/18 months in oak barrels).

Our first organic vintage is 2021. To discover vintages before 2021, you'll have to come to Passenans....😉
