- The entire Estate is cultivated according to the principles of organic farming: vines, olive trees, apiaries, vegetable gardens, fruit trees... In an approach to virtuous and sustainable growth, we are establishing an agroecological project which extends over the 135 hectares.
On our clay-limestone and red pelite soils, more than 15 different grape varieties flourish, signing our AOP Coteaux Varois en Provence and Côtes de Provence wines. The idyllic setting inspires us to create more innovative wines, which adapt to consumer trends and highlight our winemaking expertise.
Uniting to cultivate a heritage and highlight an exceptional natural environment is the desire of the Domaine Fontainebleau en Provence team.
