Facing south and the Pyrenees in the heart of Cabardès Appellation, dominating the famous Carcassonne castle, in front of the Pyrenees, the Maison Ventenac‘s vineyard covers a total of 130 hectares of vines. The concept behind every wine by Maison Ventenac is to offer the most unadulterated, artifice-free rendition of the aromatic characters of our Cabardès grapes. We want wines with a strong identity.
