Description

After spending 15 years importing wines in California, I took over Château La Borie in Suze La Rousse (Southern Rhône) in 2018. We seek to produce fresh and pure wines, with moderate alcohol levels thanks to our terroir and decisions: avoiding over ripening and avoiding over extraction. We have chosen to use concrete vats to highlight the pure varietal expression on a given soil of each grape variety.
