Hall A4 - n°1439
Information
- Description
- Located on the southern flank of the Alaric, between 200 and 500m above sea level, the Roquenégade estate forms a cirque at the bottom of the valley. Each plot of vines benefits from a specific exposure or soil. Facing East, West, South, on quaternary alluvium, blue marl, limestone scree, each white or black grape variety expresses itself fully and in all its aromatic complexity.
We strive to work our vines with the highest respect for the environment. The entire estate is managed using organic farming methods. We restrain our mechanical interventions in favor of gentler practices. We harvest and prune manually, and we don’t do any trimming or superficial soil work. In the vine, we encourage spontaneous grassing and agroforestry, etc. Agroecology is at the heart of our approach.
