- Can Vallès is an organic & biodynamic wine family estate, certified, located in the Penedès region, close to Barcelona, with tow white wines: XAXAXA, a blend of Xarel.lo and Chardonnay, and XAREL.LO Jeroni Vallès, a 100% Xarel.lo.
XAXAXA, Siver Medal at the Vinari Prizes to the Best Catalan Wines, is a dry white wine, lively, gourmand, velvety, fresh, clean and elegant.
XAREL.LO Jeroni Vallès, Gold Medal at the Brussels World Challenge, is a dry white wine, subtle and complex, elegant and tasty, very gastronomic. With spontaneous fermentation. Certified Demeter.
We export at present to California and Texas in the USA, Quebec and Manitoba in Canada, UK, German Switzerland, Belgium, Italy, Poland. We are looking for new importers.
