- Description
- In 2019, I settled on 14 hectares of vines undergoing organic conversion, on the lower slopes of the commune of Mosnes. The terroirs are made up of flint clay, with which I was able to create 3 ranges of wines.
My philosophy of wine: Making supple and festive wines, sharing my passion for wine, the purity of terroirs and wines.
The estate is located in the Touraine and Touraine Amboise appellation areas, but I also make French Wines:
- In the AOC Touraine, you will find a Sauvignon blanc, which thanks to its terroir allows it to have a beautiful minerality and a beautiful tension. In red, you will find 2 Gamays (one for thirst and one for gastronomy).
- In the AOC Touraine Amboise, the whites come from Chenin, which allows for harmony between delicacy and complexity. For the reds, you will find the Côt which can be either complex and suitable for keeping or fruity depending on the vintage.
- My French Wines are made from Chardonnay to make a fruity white wine. But you will also find 2 Grolleau vintages. One vintage is still rosé and a second is natural sparkling.
