Description: Roccolo Callisto is an estate enclosed in a small natural amphitheater,
boasts more than 23 hectares of land divided between Valpolicella and Valpantena.
The winery was born with a precise vision: to create a Biodiversity Paradise.
In fact, there are "only" 11 hectares of the estate dedicated to viticulture, everything
the rest of the land is dedicated to the biodiversity that surrounds the actual heart
of production with a unique ecosystem in our area.
Our wines are children of the terroir, of the microcosm natural environment by which they are surrounded, but above all they are the means by which we want communicate and spread a love for our vision of sustainability.
Today we produce six excellences: Valpolicella, Valpolicella Superiore,
Valpolicella Ripasso, Amarone della Valpolicella, Cabernet-Sauvignon igt and Garganega igt.
