- Description
- “To do good” is inseparable from “to do well”. I am committed to developing a viticulture that respects the environment, the living and as well as a quality and eco-responsible vinification. In the vineyard, all the work consists in putting the vines in an environment favorable to living things in order to be in full health and resist diseases and various constraints on their own (eg drought).
The development of the already rich biodiversity on this terroir is a main axis.
In the winery, I strive to limit inputs and limit consumption as much as possible. Beyond the water and biodiversity aspects, a low-carbon and eco-responsible approach is favored from planting (eg mass selection) to packaging. We have a duty to help reduce greenhouse gas emissions through our practices and the carbon storage capacity of our soils.
