Hall B2 - n°724
Information
- Description
- In Gigondas, 40 hectares on hillside terraces, rising to over 400 meters in altitude at the heart of the Dentelles de Montmirail mountain range, make up our family vineyard. The altitude brings freshness and elegance to our wines. The stony soil and the distinct characteristics of the sandy and limestone marl that outcrop enhance the aromas of the grapes from our over-70-year-old Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre vines.
Our wines are the result of careful selection, vinification, and aging: Yields are limited to ensure optimal aroma concentration, and the harvests are done by hand to guarantee perfect sorting of the grapes. After blending, our wines are aged in barrels and large casks to soften and integrate the power of the tannins.
