Information
- Description
- We are a family-owned winery spanning 24 hectares, certified in organic farming and passionately led by Bastien for the past 12 years. Here, at the heart of the terroir, we cultivate local grape varieties under the Madiran, Pacherenc, and Côtes de Gascogne appellations, complemented by a selection of Vin de France. We have also recently introduced a non-local grape variety to enrich our palette, reflecting our desire to explore new possibilities.
With a modern and authentic approach, we prioritize unique winemaking methods, utilizing amphorae, concrete tanks, stainless steel, and oval tanks, each bringing a different dimension to our wines. This diversity is a reflection of our identity and our motivation to blend modernity and tradition in the production of our wines.
