- Description
- 100% Organic, 100% White!! New private estate in the Mâconnais of 24ha, mainly in the commune of Prissé (71960), certified organic since 2018. Experimentation with biodynamics on certain plots. We vinified at the estate for the first time in 2023 and bottled our first cuvées on May 24, 1 Burgundy Aligoté, 1 Macon-Villages and a Saint Véran. 3 100% vat cuvées vinified with indigenous yeasts. 2 single-vineyard cuvées were added to the range in July, 2 Saint Véran, one aged in ovoid concrete vats and the other from a blend of barrels and vats.
