Information

Description
Artisans Partisans is located in the South of France, in the heart of the Cru Boutenac. Its history is rooted in the family heritage of the Bories Family and Château Ollieux Romanis. It brings together 4 estates, managed through Organic Farming, between Corbières and Limoux, as well as creations; ranges of wines that highlight the ambition of modernity, creativity, and winemaking experience.

Enjoying a glass signed by Artisans Partisans means accessing an exciting world that goes far beyond the realm of wine. It also means embracing its values: respect for nature, sustainability of the operation, preservation of biodiversity...

4 ESTATES:

CHÂTEAU OLLIEUX ROMANIS:
A region between mountains and sea, with 65 hectares of vines on a terroir rich in biological, geological, and climatic diversity.
Essential in Languedoc, the wines of Château Ollieux Romanis have always established themselves as both key players in the evolution of wines from southern France and guardians of ancestral knowledge and practices.

DOMAINE PIERRE BORIES:
A paradise located in Fabrezan. Here, low yields are prioritized, with four wines—two reds and two whites—each year producing a micro-production. An intimate range of wines defined by the pursuit of precision. Winemaking is natural since 2003: indigenous yeasts, no sulfur before bottling, and a total SO2 level of less than 30 mg/L for all cuvées. This 10-hectare island offers terroir wines with a strong personality, serving as the winemaker's space for reflection and the place of expression for their expertise.

CHÂTEAU RIVES BLANQUES:
Château Rives-Blanques is an 18-hectare vineyard surrounded by woods on the Cépie Terroir. The vines grow at an altitude of 350 meters within sight of one of the snow-capped peaks of the Pyrenees, after which the domaine takes its name. Unique, Rives-Blanques is one of the few vineyards in the south of France specialized in white wines, with four award-winning AOC Limoux (a chardonnay, a chenin, a mauzac, and a blend of these three varieties).

DOMAINE LE CHAMP DES MURAILLES:
In 2012, Pierre Bories acquired Champ des Murailles, a 70-hectare estate located on the southern slope of Alaric. It consists of 40 plots scattered among garrigues and hills. This cooler terroir offers the winemaker a new playground. In 2020, the estate was equipped with a state-of-the-art building while remaining rooted in its hometown of Fabrezan.

OUR CREATIONS:
Cuvées reflecting the creativity and boldness of Artisans Partisans. This style is based on an unconventional approach, a unique and modern expertise while embodying the typicity of the terroir and the Languedoc territory. Enjoyable wines: 100% varietals, representative of their territory: 100% Terroirs, and cuvées that are 100% Creative & Bold.

Confidentiel:
Wines representative of their terroir, reflecting the richness of our territory, enhanced by the expertise of Artisans Partisans. A range that highlights some of the major appellations of Languedoc, such as Pic Saint Loup and Minervois.

Champ Libre:
Cuvées reflecting the creativity and boldness of Artisans Partisans, including Capucine 1er Rendez-vous, Alice 1820, and Cuve n°102. An unconventional approach to terroir and winemaking or blending. Wines with strong characters and assertive packaging.

Les Indigènes:
Cuvées that are 100% single varietal and 100% organic, focused on consumer experience. A bold graphic identity, qualitative, imbued with meaning and personality. We believe that organic farming is compatible with a profitable economic model. We are aware of our interdependence with our ecosystem. We, Artisans Partisans, dedicate our expertise to the expression and respect for our territory and its landscapes.
