- Bodegas Gardel is a family business of farmers and entrepreneurs who found in the Manchega land of Las Mesas (Cuenca) an ideal place to make high quality wines.
Our philosophy is not to let anything be the result of chance. For this reason, the best plots and the best vineyards were chosen, with the confidence that wine begins with the selection of the best grapes and convinced of increasing all the good that we have inherited, both from tradition and from new technologies, in order to make excellent signature wines.
From the beginning, the Winery has focused on making organic wines that respect the environment and bring the taste of nature to the palate of consumers, achieving this objective four years later through the certification of all vineyards for organic production.
