- Description
- A pioneer of ecological agriculture since 1999 in the Valencia region, SIERRA NORTE was certified ‘Winery for Climate Protection’ this year, and is now focusing on implementing Regenerative Agriculture. Its 400ha of own vineyards are located on 5 different estates, within the regions of Utiel Requena, Jumilla, Manchuela and La Roda.
Lately, we've been concentrating our efforts on working with indigenous grape varieties (Bobal and Monastrell in particular), increasing our white wine production and producing Cava.
