- Description
- Our wines are first and foremost authentic and characteristic wines of this region. They possess a clear and complex aroma. Their density and texture is the result of old vines with small output, not of excessive extraction and residual sugar. They therefore do not seem opulent and broad, but compact and long. The round tannin provides the wines with structure and length, without covering their elegance and finesse. They are harmonic wines which regardless of their power have kept a certain airiness.
