- Description
- Chateau La Sable is a small historic estate in the LUBERON AOP, on the cool terroir of the southern slopes of the Regional Natural Park. My wife Virginie runs the vineyard, which we took over 6 years ago, and is in charge of the cellar. She is the secretary of Femmes Vignes Rhône, the association of Rhône Valley women winemakers. We currently produce over 30,000 bottles of white, red and rosé. We have been certified organic since the 2022 vintage.
