30 hectares which bask on sunny hillside between Torgiano and Montefalco in the heart of Umbria..

We have a tradition of cultivation which respects nature, because we strongly believe in the need to find a constant balance between man, the soil, plants and animals.

As a result, we adopt organic cultivation which respects the rules of biodynamic farming.
