- The Massimo Rivetti winery with its 25 hectares of vineyards, cultivated entirely in the organic system, presents a range of both traditional and international vines. The annual production is around 100,000 bottles, mainly divided between Barbaresco and Barbera d'Alba, Barolo and Langhe Nebbiolo The plots are grouped around three farms: Froi, Garassino and Palazzina. In the first, located in the municipality of Neive, there is the cellar located on the Serraboella hill, one of the most important for the production of Barbaresco.
