Information
- Description
- Domaine de Fontbonau is a 42-hectare estate located at an altitude of 350 metres in the Drôme Provençale, in a wild, natural ecosystem where 17 hectares of certified organic and biodynamic (Demeter and Biodyvin) vines grow alongside truffle oaks, olive trees and fields of lavender. These are the reasons why childhood friends Jérôme Malet (Domaine Sarda-Malet) and Frédéric Engerer (Château Latour) fell in love with the estate in 2008 and decided to revive it at a place called Fontbonau. They have enlisted the help of Léo Borsi, a qualified oenologist, to bring out the best in these exceptional terroirs.
