In the land of apricots, wine and table grapes, it is important for me to bring diversity to agriculture. My orchard alone contains over 100 different fruit varieties that surround me, energise and motivate me!
Olives, cherries, apricots, peaches, nectarines, apples, pears, persimmons and table grapes, as the wine, are produce in an organic way from May to October.
My wines come from plots that have been cultivated in organic farming for 50 years. One part Côtes du Rhône (red wine) and one part Vin de France (red, white and rosé wine). I take the greatest care at every stage, from pruning to bottling. The sulphite-free pressing and the preservation of the aromatic potential of my wines are the heart of my work in the winery.
