- Description
- A fifth-generation winemaker, Nicolas follows in the footsteps of his ancestors by preserving the tradition and rigor that produce great wines. Located facing the Loire Valley, between Tours and Chinon, the estate now spans 14 hectares of organic farming.
He produces wines under the Chinon (red), Touraine (red and traditional method), Touraine Azay-le-Rideau (white and rosé) appellations, as well as Vin de France (red and natural sparkling).
The emblematic grape varieties cultivated by Nicolas are Cabernet Franc (red), Chenin (white), Grolleau (rosé and red), and Côt (Malbec, red)."
