Wine producer & cow-farmer at Château Carbonneau, a family vineyard in the appellation Ste Foy - Côtes de Bordeaux in the Bordeaux Region. We are a French / New Zealand family of peasants - wine producers (23ha vines) and cow farmers (22ha for 27 cows), so we produce wine and meat on the property.
