Description: In 2015, a new estate was born in Oisly, a small wine village in the heart of the Loire castles.
Aude Clavier, oenologist, moves to the village of origin of her ancestors winemakers, she is accompanied by her husband Emmanuel. In Touraine, she found the fruit of her roots where this divine wine was born.
We make our environment a priority, that’s why we have committed to an Ecocert Organic Agriculture in 2016 and biodynamic demeter in 2023.
Our organic wines from Touraine, from an exceptional terroir, offer a beautiful aromatic intensity, a range of tastes and an assertive character.
As passionate winegrowers, we work with respect for the know-how of men and the specific characteristics of the terroir. Our red, white and rosé wines are made according to traditional methods.
Our promise: to make wine an unconditional pleasure!
Independent winegrowers, we work the 10 hectares of vines on our vineyard and produce AOC Oisly and AOC Touraine wines. In Oisly, sauvignon is king and reigns over a soil where the sand rests on clay.
Our goal is to promote the expression of a terroir through traditional and environmentally practices.
