Hall B2 - n°408
Information
- Description
- A 7.68-hectare estate practicing organic and biodynamic agriculture in the Beaujolais vineyard, producing Brouilly, Beaujolais Villages Red, and Beaujolais White wines. Entirely managed by Loïc and Fabien since its establishment in 2018, the estate’s bottle production has steadily increased, reaching around 25,000 bottles today, with a goal of approximately 50,000 bottles. Wines made from the Gamay grape for reds and Chardonnay for whites are vinified and aged with minimal intervention to preserve maximum authenticity.
The wines are silky, rich, and balanced, with plenty of freshness and lovely fruit, and an alcohol content of 12-13% ABV.
All vines are worked manually, with the utmost respect for the environment, incorporating biodynamic practices
