- The ROMAN Winery founded in 2016 is located at the north of the Moldovian Capital Chisinau. The estate has an area of 25 hectares including 12.5 hectares of vineyards planted in virgin soils who never had chemicals. The owner Roman Stefirta wanted to produce wines like his ancestors without or with minimum inputs. Organic certified since 2022, the ROMAN Winery is the first Moldovian estate to be biodynamic certified since 2019 and member of Biodyvin since 2023.
