Information

Description
Tenuta Sant'Aquilina is an organic winery located in the hills of the town of Rimini, in the North-East of Italy. The estate looks at the Adriatic Sea on the front and the mountain of the Republic of San Marino in the back, in an ideal microclimate for the cultivation of grapes and olive trees.
The estate has an extension of more than 50 hectars, of which about 25 are dedicated to autochthonous grape varieties like Sangiovese, Bombino Bianco and Grechetto Gentile.
Grapes are harvested by hand, carefully selected by operators and stored in controlled temperature rooms before the processing in order to preserve all its characteristics.
The production of wine is fully conducted inside the brand new winery, whose construction has been completed in year 2020.
The winery produces organic PDO and PGI red and white still wines like Sangiovese, Rebola and Pagadebit with the brands "Tenuta Sant'Aquilina" and "Terre di Fiume" and a full range of sparkling white and rosé wines with the brand "Al Manini".
The Company is member of Italian Federation of Independent Wineries (FIVI), whose guidelines require that wineries produce only wines obtained 100% from their vineyards.
