- Winegrowers at the heart of the Terrasses du Larzac, our estate is a veritable haven of peace, nestled in the middle of a forest of white oaks, where biodiversity reigns supreme. On our estate, everything is done by hand: harvesting, of course, but also most of the tilling of the soil on our small, high-altitude plots, which we do entirely with pickaxes. In the cellar, strict temperature control ensures straightforward, lively wines.
