- Domaine La Rouviole is located in the heart of the La Livinière Cru and the Minervois appellation. The estate covers almost 36 hectares, 26 of which are planted with vines and 10 with scrubland and olive trees. Our clay-limestone terroir combines Mediterranean influences with the freshness of the Causse, giving our wines their distinctive character. Hand-picked throughout the estate, vibratory de-stemming, sorting table and temperature-controlled vinification. Demeter-certified estate since 2024.
